三浦です。

先日、jpilot 0.99.3がリリースされました。9月は忙しくて、
パッチが出せなかったもので、日本語パッチは取り込まれていません。(すいません)

#というか、コンパイル方法が変って、調べるのに手間取った。
#READMEくらいなおしてくれ。

ということで、やっとCVSおよび0.99.3むけのパッチを作りましたので、
ご利用ください。

0.99.3では、Visor, Clie m500といったUSBクレイドルに正式対応しています。
また、pilot-linkのバージョンに注意が必要なので各自ご確認ください。

upstreamにもパッチをメールしています。0.99.4で取り込まれるといいなぁ。

it supports

 1. Japanese Palm OS's KANA extension in address book. #kana means 'pronounce of name'  
 2. world wide currency in expense plugin.
 3. J-OS (experimental) support.                 # J-OS is hack to localize the Latin PalmOS.
 4. support sort order with japanese kana and name in address.
 5. remove some raw-numbers from address.c.
 6. handle '*field_names' more smartly in address_gui.c.
 7. support JIS-X0201-KANA charcodes in 'description' and 'note' field in todo/datebook.
    JIS-X0201-KANA use 1byte/char in Palm and 2byte/char in UNIX code.
    then I need  a buf which buf_len = 2*strlen(field).
